National home prices are at record highs – and are 27.2% higher than their 2006 peak hit during the 1996-2006 Housing Bubble.
Not only that, but as measured by the Case-Shiller National Home Price Index, home prices in December 2020 experienced their highest year-over-year rate of growth in eight years.
As has been the case for the last eight straight months, national homes are climbing higher at an ever-accelerating rate of speed.
