Inflation Explained

 

               Milton Friedman (1912 – 2006) was an American economist and statistician who received a Nobel Prize in Economics in 1976.

 

               In the 1960s, Friedman declared that inflation is ‘always and everywhere a monetary phenomenon’ — a problem of printing too much money.
